We offer a wide range of services to
accommodate everything from a small intimate gathering to a gala affair for up
to 110 guests.
The Gazebo Ceremony
Let us set the stage with a fabulous oceanfront
setting for you & your guests. The lawn area in front of the Gazebo can be
set up with rows of chairs in the direction of your choosing with a center
isle, a table for signing inside the Gazebo, guestbook table & beautiful
flowering hanging baskets.

The Reception
We offer several locations including our oceanfront
restaurant, an outdoor patio & private banquet facilities in our Tidal
Room. Our Catering Coordinator would be pleased to discuss the
possibilities with you & give you a tour of the facilities at your
convenience. An appointment is recommended.

Wine
A complete list of wines is available upon
request. Should you prefer a brand not currently listed, our sommelier
would be pleased to make suggestions, or place a special order for your
selection.
Music & Dancing
Should you require music for dancing, we are pleased
to recommend Summit Sound DJ Services. Lorraine Gentry and her team can be
reached at (250) 757-9906. This service is available at a cost of $350.
This includes background music during dinner along with 5 hours of music &
dancing with the service of a professional DJ.
Guest Room Rates for You & Your Guests
We are pleased to
offer guest rooms at
a special group
rate. Should you
decide to reserve a
block of rooms for
your guests, we
request that each
guest call with his
or her reservations
no later than 30
days prior to the
date of the event,
unless previous
arrangements have
been made. The hotel
will continue to
accept reservations
after the release
date based upon
availability.
